We updated our class schedule for Fall.  Please download the new schedule.

Labor day hours


There will be no classes on Labor Day Monday.   All weekend classes are as scheduled.

Old Skool Aerobics on Thursday March 19th 6:30pm


Karen will be covering the 6:30pm Zumba class on Thursday March 19th and will do “Old Skool” Aerobics.  Come out out for a heart pounding full body work out, “grape vines” and all!

Yoga Flow class now scheduled for 9:00 am on Saturdays
