No 8:30am HIIT class Saturday April 20th


There will be no 8:30am HIIT class Saturday April 20th due to a large number of members participating in the PLX Run to the beach race. HIIT will resume as scheduled next week.  Zumba 9:15am class and 11am kids class are as scheduled.

Thursday 6:30 pilates is cancelled due to low attendance


We have cancelled the Thursday 6:30 pilates class due to low attendance. Check our Studio Above class schedule for other pilates class times.

We have listened to your suggestions and starting in April our Monday 5:30 pm class will change to a 45min “Barre Yoga combo express” class! 30 minutes of barre followed by a 15 yoga stretch. Spring into April with our new class!
