Kids class


We are considering a kids class this summer and would like to gauge your interest in this.  If you would like to engage your kids in a summer physical activity at the PLX Fit club, please comment or like our Facebook post, so we can set this up.  

New Learn to Lift class Tuesdays and Fridays at 9am


Starting this Tuesday June 5th we will be adding a progressive learn how to lift class through the summer! Classes will be on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 9:00am. Memorial Holiday weekend hours

Summer Saturdays Free! Starting June 2 through August 25


To say thanks to our members, Summer Saturdays are FREE!  From June 2 through August 25. Bring a friend and enjoy a free workout on Saturday mornings at the PLX Fit club. 8:30am HIIT 9:15am Zumba

WERQ dance – fitness – workout preview class Thursday May 10 4:30pm


Join Erin for this fun cardio workout mixing today’s HipHop and Pop music along with dance choreography making this a workout you could take to the dance floor! Lots of sweat and tons of calorie burn! Free for monthly pass members, drop in is $5. Let us know you plan to attend!
