We have a wide variety of fitness classes, including Zumba, Barre, PLYOGA, BootCamp, Step, Strength training, Tabata, Kickboxing, Hi/Lo Impact, H.I.T.T., TRX Suspension Trainer Classes and more. We offer classes in the morning, afternoon, evening and weekends and all of our instructors are highly experienced and certified.
We also have open workout gym times for those unable to attend classes or want an additional work out time and space. You can use our padded work out area on the ground floor, or exercise in the loft.
Th PLX Fit club also offers personal fitness training, small group fitness training, and TRX Suspension Trainer classes. Read more…
