We have a wide variety of fitness classes, including Barre, PLYOGA, BootCamp, Step, Strength training, Tabata, Kickboxing, Hi/Lo Impact, H.I.T.T., Yoga & Pilates, TRX Suspension Trainer Classes and more. We offer classes in the morning, afternoon and evening and all of our instructors are highly experienced and certified.

We also have open workout gym times for those unable to attend classes or want an additional work out time and space. You can use our padded work out area on the ground floor, or exercise in the loft.
Th PLX Fit club also offers personal fitness training, small group fitness training, TRX Suspension Trainer classes and personal yoga training by our certified trainers. Read more…
