Our Classes

We have a wide variety of fitness classes, including Zumba, Kids Fitness, Barre, PLYOGA, BootCamp, Step, Strength training, Tabata, Kickboxing, Hi/Lo Impact, H.I.T.T., Yoga & Pilates, TRX Suspension Trainer Classes and more.  We offer classes in the morning, afternoon and evening and all of our instructors are highly experienced and certified.

We also have open workout gym times for those unable to attend classes or want an additional work out time and space.  You can use our padded work out area on the ground floor, or exercise in the loft.

  • $5 Drop In
  • $25 Senior Rate (60+)
  • $40 One (1) month unlimited classes
  • $45 Ten (10) class punch card
  • $30 Corporate Rate for one (1) month unlimited classes
  • $50 Monthly Unlimited + Bootcamp
  • $100 Three (3) Month Unlimited
  • $120 Three (3) Month Unlimited + Bootcamp

We also offer special rates for Corporate Memberships and On site training sessions.
