Then try out our TRX suspension trainer small group classes. Our instructors, are certified aerobics instructors with specialized TRX training. They will teach you proper TRX exercise technique and provide challenging workouts, so you can get the most out this unique exercise system.
TRX is a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You are in control of how much you want to be challenged with each exercise – this is because you adjust your body position to add OR decrease resistance.
We offer a wide range of TRX classes from our beginner TRX 101 to more advanced classes like TRX Cardio Circuit.
TRX classes are pre-registered, paid 6-week sessions limited to 9 people. Please contact us to register for one of our TRX classes.
