According to Kami, “I delved into meditation as well and found it to be extremely therapeutic and beneficial in my everyday life as I am a chronic sufferer of both depression and anxiety. My favorite part of Yoga is the “mind/body connection” and how I can translate it into my everyday life. I hope to give and share the mind/body connection with my students. My classes are relaxed and fun and I want my students to discover their unlocked potential.”
