To inspire and motivate, members and clients to lead healthier lives!

As health professionals we have the opportunity to help our members change for the better, not only physically but emotionally as well.

When you acknowledge a member/client by name, comment on a job well done or just offer a friendly smile, connections are made. When we also allow ourselves to show our own imperfections and accept them , it helps to breakdown those barriers that they may have. Along with the proper exercise prescription, compassion, understanding and acceptance are the keys to helping members/clients lead healthy happy lives.

When a person feels part of something and enjoys what they are doing and who they are doing it with, that is when it clicks and becomes their lifestyle!

My greatest accomplishments other than my children have been helping others achieve their fitness goals. From students, clients as well as mentoring and training new instructors, knowing I had a small part in their success is the greatest reward.

25 yrs. experience instructing various class formats ranging from Kickboxing as well as contact classes. Interval training and HIT classes, strength training, step, cycle, aqua, Pilates, high school gym elective classes (3yrs) and over 15 yrs. of personal training with small groups of 2-5, to one on one clients in house and in the community. Over 10 yrs of Corporate onsite wellness fitness training.
