Try out Step, Zumba fitness and toning Monday 5:30pm

Come join Ashley Magoulick for “Step, Zumba fitness and toning” Monday at 5:30pm on February 27, March 6 and March 13. This step format will include step intervals with some Zumba fitness and finish with lower body toning exercises. This should be a fun mix on the step class and will give people a chance to experience both step and Zumba.
