This session will combine weight training and running geared towards improving speed, strength and injury prevention.
When you lift for strength you create a strong body which in turn improves your running performance. Running is not necessary to participate in this Bootcamp and we will provide different cardio options to choose from for all levels of fitness . Everyone will warm up and then complete the lifting segment together then the running ,walking and other cardio options will follow .
This program is designed for the beginner to the advanced participant.

*Both classes will have a Satuday option meeting at a designated spot such as towpath, track or gym depending on the weather. Class will be notified each week as to where the group class will meet.
