Jump start you summer with our 8 week spring Bootcamp!
Join in, have fun and get fit! Bootcamp is the best way to meet like minded people, improve cardiovascular endurance and build strength to give you that fat loss benefit by improving metabolic conditioning!
Cost is $100 ( includes Bootcamp workouts plus all other classes on our schedule for the 8 weeks)
Bootcamp time options:
Mon / Wed-6:00am
Tues / Thurs -5:00am
Tues / Thurs-4:30pm
Mon /Wed -6:30pm
Must be paid and registered by March 1st.
Must have 5 people signed up for a time for the camp to be a go!
