New Year New You Bootcamp January 6th – February 29th

It’s the start of a new year and we all have goals we want to reach and resolutions we hope to keep. Our New Year New You Bootcamp it just the commitment you need to keep you focused and on track. This is a 8 week Bootcamp program consisting of metabolic conditioning to help build strength while achieving fat loss.

Our winter camp will give you 3 days a week of Bootcamp workouts as well as any other workouts we offer on our schedule to help you reach your goals at no extra cost!

Bootcamps are fun and filled with lots of team building and accountability and a great way to stay motivated knowing others with similar goals are there to support you! Body measurements and assessments are taken at the beginning and throughout to keep you on track. Basic nutrition tips are given along with healthy eating options. This camp will have friendly competitions and beat the trainer games throughout for some extra fun and prize giveaways!

Bootcamp Starts January 6th – February 29th

Bootcamp session options are as follows:

Monday/Wednesday:
6:30pm & Saturday 10:30am

Tuesday / Thursday:
5:00am & Saturday 10:30am

Tuesday/ Thursday:
6:00am & Saturday 10:30 am

Tuesday/ Thursday:
4:30pm & Saturday 10:30am

Cost for the 8 week session:
$100 (includes Bootcamps sessions and all other classes offered on our schedule to better assist you in reaching your goals)
