Starting this Tuesday June 5th we will be adding a progressive learn how to lift class through the summer! Classes will be on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 9:00am.
You will learn the basic 5 lifts and progressively expand from those exercise to more advanced ones. By the end of the program you will successfully be stronger and more experienced on using weight bars , Kettlebells and dumbbells.
