New Class – Breathe, Stretch & Strengthen Yoga Tuesday Morning 9am starting January 16th

Tuesday Morning Yoga is back!

Welcome Tina Louise as she leads you through her Breathe, Stretch & Strengthen Yoga class at 9:00am.
Starting Tuesday January 16th.

Tina will also instruct our 10:00am Yoga on Saturday’s starting next week, January 20th.

Please welcome her and feel free to share your thoughts and concerns on class or ways she can make your time spent in class a enjoyable one.
