Fall 8 week Bootcamp

Ok summer is ending and the kids school is getting back into full swing. It’s time for you to start your fall with our 8 week Bootcamp!
This session is special because it will run for 9 weeks at the same cost as our regular 8 week camp!

The first week we will weigh, measure and take body fat as well as complete a fitness test. This will give you a starting point to gauge improvements and the weeks go by. We will also do the fitness test at the end of the 9 weeks.

Our main focus will be cardio and strength with team building workouts filled with lots of comradery fun and a beat the trainer workouts! Prize giveaways for most improved camper, camper of the week and beat the trainer!

You can sign up for specific days and time but can attend any of the times available along with ALL other classes we offer on our main gym schedule!

Bootcamp starts after Labor Day, the week of September 3rd and will run through October 31st.

Morning session choices are:

Monday / Wednesday – 6:00am
Tuesday / Thursday – 5:00am

Evening session choices are:

Monday / Wednesday – 6:30pm
Tuesday / Thursday – 4:30pm


Must be registered and paid by Wed August 28th!
